Progamming | An initial interview between the client and the Designer. The interview is used to ask questions regarding the users, functions, and spaces. It will also give the opportunity for the client to describe his or her individual style and design goal. The client's need and wants will be gathered to create a personalized style unique to the client's taste.

Conceptual Design Process | After the initial interview, the client will have a chance to review the preliminary board based design. The board will contain all aspects of the design that were discussed during the interview, e.g. color, stone, tile, carpeting, furniture, and window treatment selections made by the designer. Together the client and the consultant can communicate changes to benefit the design, including scheduling of materials, allocation, pricing, and installation.

Final Review of Design | The client will have a chance to review the changes made, if any, after the Conceptual Design Process meeting. Finalization of all discussed items will be reviewed and approved by the client. Pricing for material and installation, if any, will be reviewed. Final Color & Sample Board(s) will be presented to the client for this approval.

Design Implementation & Coordination | The Designer will be your single point of contact for all items regarding the final approved design. The Design Consultant will process the following items:

• Bidding & Cost Comparison of materials
• GC Proposal Review & Coordination
• Create, Review & Process all Purchase Agreements
• Collaborate with allied professionals including contractors, subcontractor & other consultants.
• Prepare invoices for balance due on purchases
• Project Scheduling & Coordination with Vendors, Contractors & Subcontractors
